Spring into fitness!

Spring is a great time to start working toward your fitness goals, as the warmer weather is optimal for outdoor workouts. Take advantage of your local parks and move your  workouts there instead of staying home. You’re more likely to continue working toward your fitness goals by varying your workout location and thus keeping boredom away. And it’s a great way to find out what’s going on in the neighborhood and any local events coming up that may motivate you further!
